Rooted & Real is more than a marketplace. It’s a wellness-first destination where clean food, community, and intentional design come together, so you never have to choose between your values and your groceries.
Moved to Nashville and began a personal journey into holistic wellness. As the world shifted, we eliminated toxins and processed foods, diving deep into healing through parasite cleanses, detoxes, and research that reshaped our lives.
Faced with the daily challenge of sourcing clean, safe groceries, the concept for Rooted & Real came to life. We chose Brentwood/Franklin as our home and began laying the groundwork.
Shared our vision, gathered feedback, connected with fellow entrepreneurs, and activated the brand and website. We’re now taking steps to turn Rooted & Real into a physical, community-centered destination.
